Utility Bills are getting outrageous!

I had a discussion with my neighbor last night about our power bills. Normally we have something better to talk about, but with the gas prices and everyone having to squeeze a dollar to pay bills, this conversation was the top dog.

I read yesterday how much our power company made last year. It was in the billions! Our power bills have gone up so much we have had to go on budget billing. Our next door neighbor's bill was $365.00 for one month and this was just electricity. Can you imagine? I do not have natural gas at my home so I would hate to see someones gas bill at this time.
