Juvenile Home is not a Great Place to Be

I was listening to the news this morning and the mayor in Birmingham is wanting the citizens to vote on a curfew. There is at least one person killed everyday and most of them are teenagers. The curfew would start around 10:00 pm and the first offense the parent would be fined $500.00 and it goes up from there and even has some jail time. Parents should be responsible for their children but what if you have one that just will not listen? I guess that means juvenile home for them.
