City Elections

Well city elections are over and we chose a new Mayor. Hopefully this one will have our streets repaved while our previous Mayor built a new city hall in the tune of 1.5
million dollars.

Our Police Department has just come up to par with new patrol cars and more officers and they will be moving into the new city hall soon also. The Fire Department has a beef with the new Mayor their new quarters are very small and only allows for two men, but they get the old city hall which is not very big either. There has to be two fire stations due to the railroad running right through the middle of our little town.
