Do not let complacency cause a wreck.

My eighteen year old daughter has been driving the same way for about two weeks now. She has been getting up at 6:00 am and babysitting for my other daughter. Driving the same way for an 18 year old makes them complacent in believing they know the road well enough to daydream. Well yesterday proved her wrong. She was riding too close in the left hand lane and the person in front of her was not paying attention. Evidently she was not either. The person in front of her swerved to the left to keep from hitting a stopped car at the red light and she had to swerve to the right to miss that car also. She went down an embankment and fortunately did not flip the vehicle. How she did not flip I do not know but I do believe she will not be so dreamy next time.
