Have you tried to talk to a customer service representative lately? They obviously do not know what the word means. Customer service means you are supposed to help the customer in any way you can. Lately I have had a tremendous amount of contact with customer service. It is the worst I have seen it in years. Wake up people this is your job if you do not like it go somewhere else.
